(1) On 19 May 2022, the Remuneration Committee approved the vesting of the Long-Term Incentive Plan Awards granted to Carel Aron van der Merwe and Petrus Jurgens Myburgh at 12.1% of maximum based on the achievement against performance targets, equating to 48,185 and 24,981 shares, respectively.
